The Global CBPR Forum’s work is driven by the Global Forum Assembly (GFA), which is composed of representatives from all Global CBPR Forum Members and makes decisions based on the consensus of all Members.
The GFA is led by a Chair and Deputy Chair.
The GFA establishes Committees to advance the Forum’s principles and objectives. There are currently three Committees:
- Membership Committee
- Accountability Agent Oversight and Engagement Committee
- Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Committee

The Global CBPR Forum established the Global Cooperation Arrangement for Privacy Enforcement (CAPE), a multilateral arrangement comprising Privacy Enforcement Authorities that cooperate in cross-border data protection and privacy enforcement.
